Legal Structure

BBG is constituted as a SARL under the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the OHADA Uniform Act, registered under RCCM CD/KNM/RCCM/24-B-00086 with a share capital of 25,000,000 CDF.

Management Accountability

Management acts within the powers defined by the company's statutes and is accountable for the company's commitments, records and regulatory obligations.

Records & Documentation

Corporate records, contracts and transaction documentation are maintained rigorously, enabling counterparties, banks and authorities to verify what they need to verify.

Counterparty Transparency

BBG provides corporate documentation to qualified counterparties during onboarding and supports the due-diligence processes of banks and international partners.
